1. JMA (Alignment Stage)
The stage moving 3 axes(X.Y. θ) on the table. High load and high resolution positioning. Compact design with minor elevation. Customized design supported.
2. JMU (Alignment stage)
The slim combination of motorized X,Y,θ Stage. Easy Control, various table size and stroke. Lower price compared to the normal alignment stages Customized design supported.
3. JCLA(Motorized Cylinder)
The motorized cylinder(actuator) integrated with motor and ball screw. Adopted crossed-roller guide (high-resolution movement). Adopted encoder(closed-loop control)
4. JDDA(Spline Picker)
The picker functioned Z, Θ, and vacuuming by using splined ball screw. High stiffness and high-resolution with C5 grade of ball screw. Encoder(closed-loop control) type can be adopted
5. JWMX(All-in-one Stage)
All-in-one stage containing stage, step-motor, driver, and controller. Wireless communication(wi-fi & Bluetooth) allowed. Compact design. Very competetible price.
